Our turn-key LED Lighting upgrade service, specifically designed for the NYC and Westchester County market, is an end-to-end solution from initial consultation to installation and rebate administration all performed under one roof. For larger projects, we also provide lighting-as-a-service financing where the client has NO upfront costs and is structured so that the energy saving dollars are MORE than the financing payment.

We tailored the solution to provide maximized value based on three categories of end-users:


Small Commercial

ConEdison customers with a peak demand of 300 kW and below are eligible for the Commercial Direct Install (CDI) incentive program. This covers many eligible end-users such as small businesses, retail stores, grocers, restaurants, small hotels, religious institutions, smaller schools and much more. We are a participating contractor in this program and can facilitate an LED Lighting upgrade from audit to installation for your facility. The value of this program is the fact that ConEdison will cover up to 70% of the total LED Project cost upfront making project economics extremely favorable right from Day 1.

Multi-Family Residential

ConEdison customers that own/manage multifamily buildings with 5+ units are eligible for the Multi-Family Energy Efficiency Program (MEEP) for LED Lighting upgrades in the Common Areas of the building. The incentive, also very favorable, covers on average 35% - 50% of the total LED project cost. We are participating contractors in the MEEP where we have you covered from audit, quality certified LED Product selection, competitive NYC labor and all rebate processing. On average our LED Lighting projects under this program have paybacks from 1.0 - 1.5 years ! For larger projects and/or portfolio of buildings we can offer NO MONEY DOWN lighting-as-a-service financing, freeing your capital dollars for other building operations.

Commercial & Industrial

ConEdison customers with a peak demand above 300 kW are eligible for the Commercial & Industrial Energy Efficiency Program (C&I). This covers larger users such as Commercial Office, Hotels, Sports Facilities, Educational Campus, Hospitals, Large Retail, Warehouses, Distribution Centers, Manufacturing and more. The incentive covers on average 35%+ of the total LED project cost. We are participating contractors in the C&I Program where we have you covered from audit, quality certified LED Product selection, competitive NYC labor and all rebate processing. Since these are typically larger projects, we can offer NO MONEY DOWN lighting-as-a-service financing, freeing your capital dollars for other building operations.
